| What criteria should be used to create a fast moving parts report. We have a large department with approx. 1 million in inventory and three floors. We also have three Remstar machines which store approx 20% of our inventory. We use parts runners to deliver orders to the technicians. I'm trying to find a way to determine which parts should be moved to better locations. Any suggestions??
